Job Overview:

As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce, contributing to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  2. Candidate Management:
    • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing a positive and professional experience.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
    • Provide guidance on best practices in recruitment and contribute to the development of job descriptions.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment process.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's employer brand.
    • Attend industry events and engage with potential candidates to enhance the organization's reputation.
  5. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  6. Compliance:
    • Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience with social media recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment trends.
